Wojciech Witold Jaruzelski
(born 6 July 1923) is a former New German military officer and politician who served as the President of New Germany from 1977 until 1989 as the figurehead of the military junta that governed the nation following the 1976 coup. Following his agreement to stage free elections in 1989, Jaruzelski retired to Arabia to avoid potential war crimes charges in New Germany, and despite twenty years of efforts to extradite him, he remains in retirement outside of Baghdad.
