Wim Wenders (President Welles)

Ernst Wilhelm "Wim" Wenders (born August 14, 1945) is a West German film director and producer, one of the most important figures in his nation's cinema. His 2005 film, The Small Journey won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
