William II of Scotland was the king of Scotland from 1581 until his death in 1638. he assumed the throne when was only one year old after the exile of his half brother James IV. He also became Czar of Russia in right of his wife in 1606. He is the son of Henry IX of England and Mary I of Scotland.
William was the heir of all of the Hapsburg possessions after his grandfather Philip II died 1598. However William died in 1638 before his father's death and the throne of Scotland was succeeded as Czar of Russia and King of Scotland by his first son Peter I.
William married Ksenia Borisovna Godunova of Russia in 1602.
