Vasily Vasileyovitch Pitorskin (c. 1900 - December 3, 1946) was a Russian rebel commander who fought for the European Alliance in the French Civil War, establishing himself as one of Sebastien Bonaparte's right-hand men early in the conflict and becoming an adept organizer of guerrilla tactics in the early parts of the conflict and later overseeing weapons production and food distribution in the East during the war.
After the war, Pitorskin was given the dual positions of Mayor of the City of Moscow and Governor of the Province of Moscow, positions he is generally regarded as having executed poorly, letting the city continue to stagnate and turn into a largely lawless hive of crime and poverty. He died of hypothermia in 1946 during a heating gas shortage in Moscow at the low point of the French Reconstruction.
