I am a student of Norwegian-Czech heritage living in Denmark, studying politics and history. My main interest is political and military history. My specialties in this subject is the Second War of Schleswig, the events surrounding the Norwegian declaration of independence from Sweden in 1905, the First World War, the interwar period (1918-1939), the Second World War, Cold War conflicts (including Korea, Suez, Cuban Missile Crisis, Six Days War, Yom Kippur War, Vietnam, Lebanon, Afganistan, Iran-Iraq, Grenada, Panama), modern conflicts (Gulf War of 1991, Yugoslav wars, Afghanistan 2001- and Iraq 2003-).
As well I have the interest of crude humor such as The Simpsons, Family Guy, American Dad!, South Park, Monty Python etc., war movies (of historical or historic subjects), 24 and war games. In addition to my interest in military history, I collect militaria, such as historical flags, medals, currency and military equipment.
As my nick implies, my althistories focus ar much as possible on realism, authenticity and historical accuracy (like persones, units, equipment etc.).

- Alt for Norge: When Norway proclaimed their independence on June 7, 1905, King Oscar II of Sweden is not willing to let the Swedish-led union to dissolve, thus initiating the The Norwegian-Swedish War of 1905. (TBA)

- Fall Grün: Czechoslovakia decides not to abide by the Munich Agreement, provoking an invasion by Nazi Germany and later Hungary.

- Soviet-Iraqi invasion of Iran: The Soviet Union focuses on invading Iran with the support of Iraq, initiating an expensive and bloody war with Muslim insurgents.

- Russo-Norwegian War (Silent Heroes): Rising oil prices, Norway's search for oil in the Arctic Sea, Russian territorial demands on the North Pole and the Arctic Sea results in a military conflict between a former superpower and a small but strategic important NATO member.
