Democratically Constitutional Tri-Branch Federal Government
The United States of America is a federally constitutional republic consisting of over seventy states, more than ten territories, and one federal district. Founded in 1776 after a revolution against Great Britain, the young nation eventually came to dominate the entire continent and several overseas territories in the Panama Canal Zone, the Pacific, and governored and occupied areas in Poland, Germany, Australia, and England. It is a world superpower, although several have classified as higher than that, including the terms "megapowers," "ultrapowers," and "hyperpowers," due to the fact that it is technologically and militaristically stronger than the other named superpower, the Russian Empire.
No nation is comparable to the United States, covering a great portion of Earth, having land on the Moon and the best technology, especially in space travel.
