REQUESTING: The new state serve as a client state of the Turkish government. The Turkish nation will end its invasion of Persia in exchange for this deal. Additionally, the client state may be allowed to maintain a military force under the watch of the Turks.

FURTHER REQUESTING: That no part of the core Turkish nation shall be taken to form the client state. I think it's the Kurds, not Azaris that will be eating into Turkey, but this is dealt with in the next Resolution's amendments.

OK, so Adıyaman Province and Malatya (which produces 80% of the world apricots harvest) will be retained by Turkey as will the ethnically Turkish coastal provinces. Turkey must guarantee a Kurdish road or rail corridor to a Kurdish owned dock or wharf at the Black Sea port of Trabzon. This corridor is non-negotiable and mandatory.
