The Treaty of Lucentum is an agreement made to re-establish peace in Arcadia after the declaration of independence of the Federated States of California from the Russian crown - where the Federated States of California and the Russian Empire will agree on the new borders for the Federated States of California.
NOTE: You do not have to be involved with the war to sign this treaty. Anyone who signs the treaty is merely affirming that they agree with the changes in the treaty.

Territorial Changes []
- The Border will be the 50th Parallel North with the big island (Vancouver) as the Northern border of California
Political Changes []
- The Federated States of California gains their independence from the Russian Crown
- The Russians Will be allowed to have an embassy in California, and California an Embassy in Russia
Other Changes/news[]
- The Californians will meet with the Deseretans to secure the avoiding of Border conflict and conflicting claims
- The Russians Will transfer Armed Forces from California to the new state
- Lucentum will be Known as New Constantinople
- Signing this treaty will recognise Arcadia a state
