Treaty of Florence (Principia Moderni IV Map Game)

The Treaty of Florence was a peace treaty, held in the Papal States, between the League of Eagles and the Pact of Steel that was meant to end the Great European War. The war had lasted a total of five years up to that point, and had included almost all of Europe and select nations in East Asia and Africa.

France[]

Algeria will be divided between Iberia and Belka.
Oran which belongs to the British right now will go to France.
Iberia will receive the territory of Navarre south of the Pyrenees.
Burgundy will receive Alsace.
French Benin will be restored to France, with the exception of the Garnaalië colony, which will be returned to Burgundy. The border between the two colonies will be set at the OTL Nigeria-Cameroon border.
Bahrain is being purchased by Belka from France.
Other than that borders will return to pre-war.
Two separate non-aggression pacts between Iberia and Burgundy will be signed with France for a period of 20 years.

Germany[]

Germany, comprising of the former Rhineland and half of Saxony, may call itself Germany and be ruled by Napoleon.
Austria will be independent of Germany.
The former territory of Saxony will be divided in half between Prussia and Germany.
The island of Heligoland, as well as the East Frisies will become Scandinavian.
Napoleon and Germany must respect Prussian and Austrian sovereignty and integrity.
Napoleon will consent to Burgundy occupying the left bank of the Rhine for a period of 15 years.

Poland[]

Poland will cede land to both Russia and Prussia, but will remain politically intact (Borders to be decided on by Russia and Prussia).

Austria[]

Austria will be Belka's puppet.

Czechia[]

Czechia will be Belka's puppet.

Japan[]

This treaty does not cover Japan. They need to make peace on their own.

Russia[]

The signatories of this recognise Macau and French Papua as Russian.

Burgundian demands[]

For France:

The return of Nevers and ceding of Alsace from mainland France.
the return of the Garnaalië colony and its territory (OTL Douala and surrounding territory in OTL Cameroon).

For the Rhineland:

Burgundy will be allowed a 15-year occupation of the west bank of the Rhine River.

Egyptian Demands[]

If Belka supports this demand, we demand that the French-owned island of Bahrain be transferred over to Egypt, and any French citizens, and French troops or ships withdraw from the island within a span of a year.

Since Egypt actually didn't participate in the war for a long period nor did it actually attack Bahrain nor do anything to it, then I don't think France should have to cede it. SolaceEaSw (talk) 16:24, April 4, 2018 (UTC)

Let's face it, France needs money after this war. I'm willing to purchase Bahrain as well as a Cameroon enclave and offer some money up for the loss of Algiers as well as an added bonus to stabilize the French economy. Feudy McPlagueface (talk)

French demands (counter proposal)[]

France will cede Alsace to Burgundy in good faith.
France and Burgundy will sign a 20-year NAP.
France and Iberia will sign a separate 20-year NAP.
France must be re-allowed into the Mediterranean Concord.
All French POW's and political prisoners are to be returned to France.
France be allowed a port city in OTL Oran, Algeria.
France must be returned all of French Nigeria in Africa, with the exclusion of the Garnaalië port colony, which is to be returned to Burgundy in good faith.
The German State (Rhineland/Germany) and Prussia must sign a 25-year NAP.
Prussia is to be blamed for the war.
Bahrain is to be sold to Belka.
- Iberia will support French Re-admittance to the Concord, and will agree to the 20-year NAP, as well as the return of all POWs and combat personal who are currently surrounded (Sardinia). Iberia will offer France a 99-year lease on a base in Oran instead of the city itself. -Steph

Russia wants French Papua and Macau siting Russia's capture of the areas.
