The Treaty of Cairo was a document that ended the state of war between Egypt and the Roman Empire.
The Roman Empire shall release Egypt and Judea as independent nations free of Roman influence, and Rome shall not influence or vassalize their territory for a minimum of a hundred years.
The Suez Canal shall be recognized as international territory open to all European nations. Cargo shall be allowed to pass free of harassment or discrimination during time of peace. In exchange all nations using the canal shall pay a small tax to Egypt to ensure the security and maintenance of the canal.
All Egyptian ports in India, as well as the Egyptian ports of Hurghada and Port Sudan shall be ceded to the Roman Empire.
The Roman Empire shall agree to a ten year non aggression pact with the nations of Egypt and Judea.
