The Treaty of Binin was an agreement between the Maghrib Sultanate and the Benin Empire to end the war in West Africa.

Maghrib proposal[]
- The Southern Coast of the Benin state will be given to the Maghrib state called "Al Mansa"
- Al Mansa will become a Vassal to the Maghrib under Muslim rule
- Sahil Dhahab will be made to a independant Islamic Emirate under African rule
- Ard Binin will be made under muslim rule, but Sharia will not be emposed until deemed clear
- Ard Binin will pay Jiyzah to the Maghrib and in return the Maghrib will help Ard Binin get back on its feet
- The Maghrib will take all of Binin Islands
- Mali, Binin, Gurma, Wagadugu and Sahil Dhahab will enter trade among each other and have a 50 year NAP
