Kais[]

On 14th November, 1918 in Serbia, a baby named Goran Sivric was born. Through his life he eventually came to Hungary in 1937 - aged 19. Here he became an atheist, but saw most atheism as weak. He taught a new religion, which he called 'the truth of mind'.  He disliked his name wanting to choose his own, so he renamed himself Kais. In 1943 on the orders of Horthy, he was executed. His chosen six followers, however, spread his word around, particularly in Hungary. The belief became known as Kaism. It sparked throughout Europe, giving people, even Christians and non-Kaists, a sense of freedom. This led to the Hungarian Resistance of Soviet occupation in 1945, the downfall of Franco in Spain in 1947, the split-up of Yugoslavia in 1951 and the success of the Prague Spring in removing Soviet influence from Czechoslovakia in 1964 which also led to the division of the country.

1945-1956, The Resistance's Republic[]

In early 1945 the Hungarian Resistance held back the Soviet occupiers and won the right to govern their own country. Elections were held and Democratic Party candidate Zakay Kolas was elected President. The Democrats held on to power in the 1947 general election and 1948 presidency election but in 1949 there was a 'mass havoc' that caused Kolas' own Prime Minister, Sedo Vacla, to call a vote of no-confidence in the President. It was passed, Vacla was made President, and in the elections that followed the extremist Communist and Evolutionist Parties gained hugely, giving them financial support. Vacla's economic style made Hungary self-reliant, so when economic depression broke out again in Hungary in 1955, people were fed up of rule by the Democratic Party and elected a man who said he would 'cure everything in Hungary' as President: Masodo Keflavik of the Evolutionist Party. Gradually the Evolutionists took over completely and Keflavik's title became 'Director', rather than President.

1956-85, Evolutionist Rule[]

The Evolutionists enforced their system of 'Total Progress' on Hungary meaning that Hungary had to progress and anything that blocked that was stopped. A huge scientific research organisation, the Scientostream, was founded. This did work, eventually leading to Hungary's main weapon of WW-III, the Varden Tank. However, the other side of Keflavik's rule meant the persecution and containment of 'disease spreaders'. This meant any theist religious leaders, particularly Christians, and political dissidents, mainly Communists. The Evolutionists kept tabs on everyone's ability at everything but mainly their intellectual ability. Laws were passed stating that, for those who were lower down or unemployed etc, if their tests displayed low ability, they would receive no government help, except for work in labour factories that paid low wages.

By 1983 some other countries had recognised the benefits of the Evolutionist system, and joined with Hungary (Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Slovenia). The west supported this, seeing it as a barrier against Communism. However, in 1983, when Hungary invaded Bosnia and Croatia, after their refusal to join with Hungary, the Western powers began to worry about Keflavik's motives. They were right to worry, as in 1985 the world string of alliances brought Hungary into WW-III.

Spain[]

Fall of Franco[]

During WW-II the Spanish people watched as Mussolini was overthrown and Hitler's Germany fell into the abyss. It made them worried for their own future. Public opinion turned against Franco, who became more and more dependent on the army for his safety. Eventually he abdicated in 1947 and a 'Democratic Monarchy' was set up in Spain with a monarch sometimes elected, sometimes inherited, and also a Prime Minister.

Legacy of Franco[]

After Franco's abdication, the army was greatly reduced in size and Franco's supporters were removed. One of these was Maxi Corranos, who was determined that Spain would be great, and that democracy would only bring the disintegration of Spain by Basque and Catalan independence etc. He banded together some of Franco's soldiers into OPTE (Operacion del Protection de la Terra de Espana), and also founded the Spanish Imperialist Party.

Spain in stability, 1947-1964[]

In 1947 Javier Martinez of the Conservative Party was elected as the first democratically elected King of Spain. Javier kept right wing policies and Spanish unity that kept OPTE activities down. However, his death in 1957 resulted in the accession of his son Ivano, who became King Ivano I of Spain. Ivano supported the Democratic party in the elections, turning up OPTE anger. In 1961 Spain's economy collapsed, and nationalist parties, including the Imperialists, but also the Basque Nationalists. In 1962 Ivano went to visit the Basque region and on his return, was killed. It's unknown by whom, but OPTE were heavily suspected. The Democratic Party Prime Minister, Juande Lopez, was promoted to Acting President until the end of the next Royal Election. By now, OPTE activities had driven the indigenous peoples of Catalonia, the Basque Country back to their own regions, and the Spanish back to the main Spanish regions. Such was the divide that in 1964, with the election between Lopez and Maxi Corranos approaching its climax, a parliament referendum for the split of Spain was passed.

Spain as two countries, 1964-1974[]

In the North Lopez was made King Juande and declared that the North would follow the 1947 constitution as 'The Kingdom of Spain'. Free Elections were held, and life continued as it was before the split. In 1972 Juande died and his son, Javier, was approved by parliament as King Javier II. He was a much weaker ruler than his father and Corranos took huge advantage of him in negotiations between the two.

The South became 'The New Spanish Empire' with Corranos as its first Emperor. Parties were banned, and a non-partisan democratic system was set up. However, the parliament held little power as Corranos simply chose policies on issues himself or with advice from chosen ministers, and parliament could do nothing to stop this. OPTE became the all-embracing organisation of the South, taking control of the army, police force, intelligence agency, health service etc. Everyone who joined OPTE was trained for war and taught basic medical skills. It was, in other words, a huge army, one that the North could never match.

As soon as the split was done Corranos sent OPTE agents to South America in a long project to 'regain the lost lands of Spain'. This was done by both aid and violence, as countries were gradually incorporated into 'The Spanish Alliance' led by Spain. This provided more troops and workers for the inevitable war. Corranos also gained Hungary and the Turkish Arab Empire as allies .

The Second Spanish Civil War, 1974-79[]

In October 1974, Corranos was found with a bullet through his skull. The Commander of the Spanish Army, Alfonso Nunez, was named in his will as the new Emperor. Nunez was very different to his predecessor. He was an army man, with much less charisma and acknowledgement of the necessity of non-military politics as Corranos. Nunez said Corranos' death was a plot by the North, so he invaded with Hungarian and Turkish Arab support, along with the Spanish Alliance. By 1979 the war was won.

1979-1985[]

In 1981 Nunez massacred over 50,000 Basques in the Basque Revolt, and in 1984 the Spanish Alliance, which by now consisted of all major Spanish-speaking South American countries, was simply annexed to the Spanish Empire. In 1985, Spain entered WW-III.
