The Third World War was fought from August 1992 to November 1993, mainly between the United States of America and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. The war ended with the mutual sigining of the Reykjavik Treaty. The conflict saw the death of over 2 billion people, the vast majority who died by the use of nuclear weapons.
