Deciding that the war in Panama is a disgrace,the U.S. pulls out of Panama for good. With that out of the way,SAFA takes over all of Latin America. Then,in a dark room at midnight,Congress decides to deal a death blow to the war.
There are 2 bills the government can sign,but only one will happen. The 1st involves assassinating Himmler and causing SAFA to end it's rule. The second is to start a peace treaty. Which one of these is signed?
