The Second Civil War (The Many Nations of North America)

The second civil war was a military conflict that opposed the U.S government and the state of Maryland, who tried to re-introduce slavery after a 20 years ban. The U.S. were forced to grant Maryland independence because of the few numbers of troops they could send without risking an intervention of the C.S.A in the conflict.
