The Revolution (USSA)

The year is 1931, and the United States of America was in shambles. Millions were out of work and the government, under Herbert Hoover, were unable to feed all of the people in Hoovervilles across the urban north were seething with unrest and rebellion. Many lost hope in both the Democrats and the GOP, which had no leader to carry America out of the depression. Soon millions began top support the Socialist Party led by Eugene V. Debs, who spend 2 years in Soviet Russia and returned with a new political outlook with the intent on complete reform of the government.
By 1935, a majority of the Great Plains, the Urban North and the Pacific Coast were seething with independent Communist pockets that were promoting dissident against the GOP administration. Soon most of New England were under communist administration and within six months and it was out of the administration hands. By January 1936, a giant milita, made up of many Great War veterans, burnt Washington D.C. to the ground. All federal government officals were murdered and chaos insued.
Many goveners of the southern and western states took control over their states and many new warlords broke into war against the new communist government. Eugene V. Debs began to formate the United Socialist States of America and used the newly formed American Socialist Army to destroy the warlord governments of Montana and Idaho, which fell to the USSA quickly, but Texas, Arizona, Deseret and the Confederate States of America resolved to not become apart of this new communist revolution.
