|Pink Floyd chronology|
The Man and the Journey is the fourth studio album by the English progressive rock band Pink Floyd. The album contains strong avant-garde influence, present in songs like "Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together in a Cave and Grooving with a Pict", "Sysyphus" and "The Narrow Way".
Even one of the albums that made less success by Pink Floyd, many consider it a revolution in the musical style of the band, with more elaborate songs and a more "philosophical style".
