Instead of Napoleon living in France and building up an empire in Europe, Napoleon is an French-Englishman that becomes king with her wife Victoria and starts to create the world's biggest killing machine and the world's largest empire in history. Unlike OTL, Victoria lived to rule from 1775 to 1950. Napoleon looks to invade the Americas, Africa, the Pacific, and Asia besides Europe. And the british Empire is wealthier.
