1423: The Byzantine and Ottoman Empires come to an agreement, uniting the two empires into the New Roman Empire. The New Roman Empire joins the colonization bandwagon, colonizing Ethiopia, Cambodia, and other lands. After WW1, the Empire is only Turkey and Greece, renaming itself the Greco-Turkish Republic.
