Ed Stelmach wouldn't be the leader. The man doesn't even like politics.

Again, there would be no party would the word "liberal" in its name. I cannot even begin to describe just how hated that word is in the west.

Really, the parties are going to be the same names, with the one exception, as currently exist in Canada.

The further-right party would only have support in Alberta, though the seat total is probably correct.

There would be no "local" seats. In Canada there is no parties below the provinces, something that would not change.

Sam Nicks is not a real person. Danielle Smith would be a likely leader.

The "progressive" party - it would actually be socialist - would have basically no seats in Alberta. Nor would the center-left party. The center-right would have a definite majority, followed by the further right party, and with the other two each in the low single digits.

And it wouldn't be a republic. The concept would not fly, whatsoever, with the people.

I should add - the Conservatives would have a majority in both houses nationally, too. Lordganon (talk) 08:44, December 12, 2012 (UTC)
