Let me get this clear: This timeline is like a crapsack world where the bad guys win (communism dominates the world) and only freedom is an idea? But now, since the Allies lost World War IV, then the Soviets continue to dominate the world. And the world this is in is even worse compared to Nazi Germany winning World War II.
