American Philippines[]
Wouldn't the Philippines also remain under U.S. control since Cuba still is? I mean, they both were acquired after the Spanish-American War, so I do not see why Cuba is still a part of the U.S., but the Philippines is not.
Japan would seize the Philippines from the United States in the First Tonkin War and it would remain a Japanese puppet until the Second Tonkin War during the early to mid 1970s. Not to mention Cuba is a lot closer to the United States than the Philippines.

I Think America would have Prime Ministers instead of Presidents, Also it would have Parliament instead of Congress. Also I Think in this Scenario, Britain and Russia Would Align with Germany during WW1.
