These are spheres of influence, where say, the Soviet Union votes this way on a resolution, its vassals (Poland, Latvia, etc) will vote with it, since they are NPOs.

you forgot the Chinese Republics that were created from the war with China but i dont know if they are rcognized states.
I think the US should have Mexico and Cuba.
