This is incidently the origin of the word *here*. *There* it never became generalised and kept more or less its original meaning (ie. an ultra-egalitarian violent extremist).

To give a good comparison, this is like using the term "fascist" *here*: it could be use to refer to non-fascistic but right-wing or racist groups but would not normaly be used to refer to left-wing totalitarians.--Marcpasquin 21:24, 6 Aug 2005 (UTC)
