Villagarcia, no way. The English would have to be nuts to actually desire, let alone get, a port in Spain itself. Not that Spain would ever agree to such a thing. You can't even say it could be defended like Gibraltar - none of the factors that allowed that city to be defensible exist at Villagarcia.

They would gain a colony of some sort, not a port in Spain.

That war with France and Spain... too much in England's favor. The Spanish parts are one thing, even if they are a bit much - the French parts are another thing. If your alliance has troops that far inside France, then the French alliance has no ability to land troops in England, and has higher priorities. Not that they would get that far into France, or the French would not come to terms long before that. Realistically, you're not going to see allied troops south of otl Belgium.

And, for that matter, where are the Swedes and Austrians in this? Sweden would be opposing your state every step of the way, and I'm sure Austria would have an opinion.

And, since you seem to be going in that direction... You're not going to see feminism or women's rights for centuries. And world peace is impossible. More or less the same goes for universal human rights.
