BTW, the referenda would be the excuse the USA would need for a war against Canada and Mexico, and they have the manpower to kick them from the Panama Canal to the Arctic Ocean, so i think they would have to back down. but this is just an attempt to show one course of action if Canada and Mexico did try that.
