This article is an outgrowth of what I have been working on for sometime in connection with my nation of Delmarva. It lays out what happened in Hampton Roads, Virginia in 1983 and since. I recently adopted the article on Norfolk Naval Station which I will add to to bring it into conjunction with this and Delmarva.
