Could it the page renamed to Halych Federation? Oh, and would the Halych Duke live on the Starosta Castle of that city (in the photo), or move to Perehinske?

Galicia has no "duke," technically. Halych has a self-proclaimed one. He'd live in some sort of newer building that woudld not need to be essentially torn down and rebuilt.
The man has no claim, realistically, but claims to anyway. Just happened to be the group that took over the city.
Halych is merely one of the members of the Federation, so it is not the name. That'd be like changing the USA to the "UST."
