True. However, Estonia will fall to the HRE and the other two nations will be in chaos for a long amount of time until a Minor German noble stabilises the region and declares the Kingdom (or Duchy) of Courland.

I removed that. Also I want to have the nations of Lithuania and Latvia (Estonia is ice-covered) to fall into chaos because of former Soviet soldiers becoming roving barabarians. Yank 17:43, December 6, 2013 (UTC)

Language[]
I was thinking German could be made the official language seeing the Duke's heritage as well as the language being able to act as a linking language for all the different peoples of the nation.
