Your timeline is asb for the several Inconsistencies in the map and the events that would take to reach that point.
Here i'll point them out.

1. Spain won't ever unite with portugal, they are culturally different to unite after 1700 AD, and certainly Catalonia won't get independence after 1800 they are culturally part of spain.
2. The netherlands wouldn't ever be part of the German Empire, they are big and powerfull enough to never depend on it. for another instance Bohemia wouldn't return to be Germany.
3. Hungary wouldn't held dalmatia that longer. firstly venice would conquer it in any world war or they would revolt from them. Same for Romanian regions.
4. Italy won't stay divided. If not united by Savoy, Piedment or Venice, naples will one way or another fall.
5. Germany wouldn't be that big, I mean Poland and Hungary or Poland and france would ally to take down germany. and france with a napoleonic empire in charge wouldn't let the Germans to unite so easily.
6. Bulgaria Wouldn't control that territory in the balkans, nor would do any other nation in the balkans. One way or another the balkan divide further and further.
7. Greece control over thrace is quite difficult.
8. Egypt and Lybia won't be united for too long. the egyptians and lybians are fairly different from each other. Same for algeria,Morocco and Tunisia.
9. Sahara republics  won't be that big.and will tend to be in civil war over local ethnicities.
10. South africa would one way or another be united.
11. The Middle east is too divided. most of those nations are culturally united and close. they will tend to be bigger or around the same size. and not smaller.
12. Brazil wouldn't be divided to such extent.Its either a southern small Republic of Rio Do sul or a small Republic of Amazonia in the north. but not a gigantic amazons and small brazil. the guyanas won't be absorbed by them, nor they would be absorbed by the guyanas.
13. Venezuela is to big. they wouldn't held the Guajiran Penninsula nor the Northeastern colombian territories.
14. The United states, Cannot almost under any reallistic Circumstance control Canada and northern mexico. Mexico northern most regions that could be absorbed would only be the Californian penninsula. and canadian territories are just too problematic, either they have issues with the natives, or with the British loyalists in canada, or even a local government. Quebec's independence is plausible. though
15. India Won't be divided not for too long. Nor would Argentina.

The other probable problems they are i'm unsure how would they be.

1. This is true, but Portugal and Spain are both automous regions with different paraliments, prime minsters and laws, but still are unitied under the President and the Federial Union

Catalonia became indepedent during the Iberian Crsis aka OTL Spainish Civil war

3. This is a mistake. I mean't to give Dalmatia  to Venice and Yugoslava 

4. Italy in this timeline more cultural divded and Italy is divded between the Republic of Italy and the Kingdom of Two sicilies. It would be impossible for them to join together in this timeline 

5. Will edit so Germany is smaller. Btw Germany is a ally/ puppet state of France

6. Yugoslava was unitted under Serbia and the Serbian king

7.That's why they got supported heavily but Russia, France and Hungary

9. Which one are you talking about?

The Republic of Berbers which is otl southern Algeria and Morocco

10.South Africa had a civil war between the whites (Afrikaans) and the natives Africans.

Afrikaans won the civl war and had establish an Afrikaan state in west South Africa which is mainly Afrikaans 

11. Tribes, Ethic groups and cultural differences are more serve than OTL

13. Will fix some errors. Guajiran Penninsula was gained by Venezuela due to a war between Venezuela and Colombia.

14. America would have forced the Natives on reservation like in our time 

America was only able to capture Canada with French support

Articles of Confederation would have settled down the Canadians because they would have automous region/regions for themselves 

The revolts that happened were crushed

Since in this timeline Polk was reelected, he was able to complete his ambitions and annexed northern Mexico. 

15. India is divded for many reasons

Argentina isn't divded. The natives in the south of Argentina simply sucdeded during a civil war/revolution
