Talk: Conch Republic (Southern Victory)

I presume that in the Southern Victory timeline the Conch Republic stunt played out in the same humorous way to how it happened in real life except that in the end the Confederates did not lift the blockade. I believe the Conch Republic became a anti Confederate nation that is also heavily dependent on aid form the US. Also, there is a chance that the Conch Republic is a Narco-state because the Florida Keys have a history of being used as route for smuggling in marijuana and cocaine into the United States.
