Hey, I was wondering whether any exceptions could be made for the signing up/experience/edit number policy. I completely understand if its a no, but although I would really love to play, there are currently only weak nations available to me as I don't have 1000 edits yet. I cannot see the fun in playing as a puppet or vassal, or a nation to weak to defend itself in the midst of a world war, who's only role is to serve as prey for the bolded and italicized giants.
