The Supreme Court of Escadia is the highest court of Escadia, the final court of appeals in the Escadian justice system. The court grants permission to between 40 and 75 litigants each year to appeal decisions rendered by state and federal appellate courts. Its decisions are the ultimate expression and application of Escadian law and binding upon all lower courts of Escadia.
The Supreme Court of Escadia is composed of 9 judges: the Chief Justice of Escadia and 8 Puisne Justices.
