Suleiman bin Mudhafar (born 1467) was King of Oman from 1501 until his death in 1521. He ascended the throne in 1501 after the period of interregnum following the abdication of Sultan Omar al Sharif and the overthrow of Muhammad bin Ismail. Suleiman was married to the Maham Shah Mirza of the Gurkani Sultanate, who died in 1532. He was succeeded by his son Numair bin Suleiman (born 1506), and his daughter Hayat bint Suleiman (born 1508).

Suleiman was born to Mudhafar (1431–1496), son of Abul Hassan of Oman; and as such was the grandson of King Abul Hassan, along with his brother Musaaid bin Mudhafar.
