These states are based on geographical, cultural or historical criteria.
The states were originally created after its formation in 1943 by first emperor Eric I, to decrease likelihood of rebellion and unhappiness. Before the decline of Shugarhai Union in 1974, there where 30 states listed. By time in 1997 before the dissolution, the number of states had been decreased to four because of many countries left the union and became independent nations as Post-Shugarhai states. After 9 November 1997, the states were abolished because Shugarhai Union fell. 18 years later, the states were again recreated following the reformation.
Please note that autonomous states are not included in the list and Statehood dates are based on original source first time every state they joined the Union since 1943.
