The Fall[]
Lazio was one of the most prosperous regions of Italy, and the most populous. On the 28 of October 1962 the bombs fell on Italy, battering Rome. Rome is now a radioactive slag heap, and until the 1965 Lazio was in chaos. The winter of 1963 caused some casualties in the regions. in that time only the Province of Latina was under control of the Roman Republic, who have started at annexed the surrender territory from the 1965 until the 1967, when all Lazio was under control.
Pino Rauti with his charisma and ideology to the Fascism have created a provisional assembly formed by the member of the MSI in Southern Lazio, but also with mayors, the prefect and the questore of Latina, military officials and religious man, after a initial reunion on how called and what form of government give at the new state it was decide to give full power at Rauti and proclaim him Duce of the Republic, with semi-unlimited power, after some mouths the republic was proclaimed in the day of the 28 October of the 1965, one of the first law of Rauti was that of the establishment of the M.V.S.N, a Militia formed by fascist volunteers and recruits, this Militia was also used in violence and actions again the Communist and in general of who was again the republic, the martial law was only disestablished in the 1970, when all the Lazio was under control of the Republic.
After the 1970 and annexation of all Lazio the trade with Tuscany and with other states like with the Sardinia started, and also border conflict with the Neapolitan Republic started, this caused by violence and insult between Border guards, but at the end the two states don't arrive at a war, why for Naples Lazio wasn't rich and good for be occupied, so both state only increase the military presence at their borders.
In the 70s patrol of the Army started to enter in the Umbria, the region wasn't hit and live in a normal state, but Umbria after the nuclear war was divided info various communes, like during the medioeve, one of the post powerful communes was Terni, who hold the ex-province of terni, other communes was Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio. After an allied with Terni the Roman Republic and Terni have launched a military offensive over the other communes, after several military campaigns again the communes one by one have fall, the least commune at fall was that of Gubbio in the 1974, a mouth after the enter in Umbria, with most of the Army dislocated in Umbria they occupy the strategic locations and started to claimed the regions as part of the Republic, but this was under shadow and unofficial, until the 24th december of the 1974, when in a session of the Comunal council for proclaim the Republic of Umbria units of the M.V.S.N. surrender the mayor's palace and arrested all the members of the Council, with this act Umbria become part of the Republic.

Formally and according to the Constitution of the Roman Republic (Costituzione della Repubblica Romana) is organized in the following way:
- There is a only leader, who is the Duce della Repubblica. He commands the armed forces, proposes law, disassembles the Assembly and proclaim martial law.
- The National Assembly are elected every three years by universal suffrage. It's functions were to elect the Duce, reform the constitution and serve has consulting body on matters of national interest. It acted as the legislative power of the Roman Republic.
- National Council of the state, chaired by the Duce, and integrated by representatives of all levels of the twenty-two key elements of the economy to meet and resolve problems. Is composed by ten councellors nominated by the Duce.
- The Special Tribunal for the Security of the State is autonomous organization only answerable and nominated by the Duce. It was integrated by civil and military members.

The National Republican Assembly is composed only by the Fascist Republican Party, who is the only legal and elective party of the Republic, the elections are hold every five years and the citizens are called for choose who they prefer, but all the candidate are member of the PFR, and before they become parliamentarians they need swear loyalty at the Republic. Also in the Republic there is a underground movement mainly in Umbria called "The sons of Italy", this underground group is composed by left and center individuals, and the main goal of this group is that of liberate central Italy from the Fascist oppression and under there with Tuscany or with the Italian Republic or be independent.

The Roman Republic is divided into provinces and communes. The Provinces are in the charge of a Prefect, named by the Assembly, who is in charge of all aspects of the state administration and public order. The chief magistrate of a commune is a mayor, nominated by the prefect. He was assisted by a Municipal Consul, composed of five councilors named by the Mayor.
