Big Three Parties
The DSP (changed its name from SDP in 1952) advocates control of corporate power, big welfare, corporate taxes, foreign aid, political freedoms, and lowering of military spending as well as secularism. It is very ideological and is based in the lower-middle and lower classes. It is currently cooperating with the CPMCI, the IFUP and the SCA.
The RNF advocates the combining of Church (Orthodox) and State, economic liberalism, and the restriction of personal freedoms. It is supported by the upper-middle and upper classes. It corporates with the IP.
The SCA is merely hardline-communist and only has a small support base in urban Western Russia. It is a partner with the DSP.
The Congress of Russia has three houses: the lower house is the 354-member Political House of Representation, the middle one is the 236-member Senatorial House, and the upper house is the 120-member Political Council. The elected leaders include:
Head of State: President
Head of Govt.: Head of People's Commitee
Second Head of Govt.: Premier
Second Head of State: Second Premier
Third Head of State: Vice President
Third Head of Govt.: Chairman of People's Commitee
Head of Congress: Chancellor
Second Head of Congress: Speaker
(Please note that the candidates for the Heads of Congress must be Congresspeople)
The People's Commitee
The People's Commitee is a group of 25 ministers and acts as the Cabinet.
The Heads of Government and State have 5-year terms, and can hold office for no more than 3 terms.
The lower and middle Houses of Congress's Congresspeople have 2-year terms, but the term number is unlimited (there have been no more than 7 so far)
