The Second Treaty of Regensburg is a treaty which ended the Four Years' War, pitting the powers of Bavaria, Scandinavia, Westphalia, Romania, and the Roman Empire against Hamburg, and also a successor document to the first Treaty of Regensburg.
Bavaria will receive:
- The currently Hamburger vassal of Bremen.
- A ten (10) year NAP with Hamburg.
Scandinavia will receive:
- The currently Hamburger vassal of Holstein.
- An NAP with Hamburg. The time span of said NAP is up to the discretion of the Scandinavian King.
The Kiel Canal, as well as the Elder Canal and any other canals circumventing the Øresund blockade, will be seized by the Scandinavian Empire and filled back in, upon which the land will be returned to Hamburg upon Scandinavia's discretion. Hamburg will make no attempts to make more canals circumventing the blockade. Scandinavia may continue and enforce the Øresund blockade
Westphalia will receive:
- The currently Hamburger province of Münster.
- An NAP with Hamburg for ten years.
- Any and all war reparations concerning Westphalia will be paid to Westphalia by Hamburg.
- Hamburg will give free trade to Westphalia for 50 years.
Romania will receive:
- The currently Hamburger colony of Mogadishu.
- A twenty-five (25) year NAP with Hamburg.
Yamasee/Rome will receive:
- The currently Hamburger colony of Neu Hamburg.
- A ten (10) year NAP with Hamburg.
Considering I wasn't involved on two fronts, like your result shows, and can't topple my government, you can take roughly a quarter of my territory. So either Scandinavia gets Holstein, or Hesse gets Münster (which is still mine as I never relinquished control). I am that guy (talk) 22:12, July 25, 2014 (UTC)
We're not toppling your government, we're each taking one vassal, and seriously don't change other peoples terms because you literally have no business doing that. Cookiedamage (talk) 22:32, July 25, 2014 (UTC)
- And I wasn't changing the terms, I was changing the names and terminology because you didn't notice the change in them. I am that guy (talk) 03:50, July 29, 2014 (UTC)
Furthermore, in the war against Russia, vassals were counted as half of a pixel count, which also means that we can take 50% of your territory so long as they are vassals. Cookiedamage (talk) 22:43, July 25, 2014 (UTC)
I'm fine with the terms with the exception of the secession of Neu Hamburg, I would like to keep that. I can compensate by giving Rome Williamsburg. Stade I would also like to keep please, I'm willing to compensate by ceding its North Sea coast though. Also, sorry for my hiatus, work has picked up and free time is next to none. I am that guy (talk) 03:46, July 29, 2014 (UTC)
You were gone for more than two days, and nobody is saying it's your fault. However, none of us had any notification or advanced knowledge you were going to be gone for as long as you were, so to prevent the possibility of having to wait a really long time for you to come back, we went ahead and finished the treaty. And yes, we are aware that you have the power to accept or deny, but it is quite odd for you to try to deny treaty clauses in a war you most definitely lost. We won by a feasible 27%, so it isn't a good idea trying to deny all of these terms just because you are not satisfied. Cookiedamage (talk) 20:01, July 29, 2014 (UTC)
Romania: Consul Vladimir Dracul Basarab, Lord Protector of Romania, Lord Protector of Al-Samud, Protector of Bulgaria, Protector of Kiev, on the behalf of the Romanian People. Stephanus rex (talk) 03:13, July 27, 2014 (UTC)
Westphalia: Blessed Wilhelm IV of Hesse, 1st King of Westphalia, Lord of East Trier, East Cologne, Mainz, and the Palatine. 8th Supreme Governor of the Ludwigist Church. Long may he reign. Blocky858 (talk) 02:06, July 28, 2014 (UTC)
