The Second Franco-Moroccan War was the final war fought by an independent Morocco in the 19th century. The conflict, fought between the Kingdom of France and the Kingdom of Morocco. The result of this conflict would see Mohammed IV deposed and replaced with his pro-French son Hassan as Sultan. This war completed European domination of Morocco as it would be divided into Spanish, French, Dutch and Sicilian zones.
