Gameplay
It's like Immaterial and Missing Power. Though the new weather system can affect the tides of battle, and can cause real problems depending on what the weather is. It also has a 21 card deck system.

Story
A bizarre phenomenon is occurring in Gensokyo. In the middle of spring, a massive downpour of rain and hail fall on Youkai Mountain with threats of flooding the area, a heavy blizzard blankets Hakugyokurou, the Underground is filled with dense fog, Bamboo Forest of the Lost and Eientei experience a dangerous Tornado, and Mayohiga is levelled by a sudden 9.8 earthquake. Throughout the game, Koishi and the other protagonists set out to investigate the source of the strange occurrences.
Meanwhile, Tenshi Hinanawi is inspired by the strange events and attempts to create a disaster of her own.
