Scandinavian Republic (Chaos)

In the 1879 elections of Scandinavia / Sweden, a coalition of Social Democrats, Socialists and left republicans won the majority. Germany feared the Socialist threat, invaded, toppled king Johan III and made Scandinavia a satellite republic.

The British Socialists also interfered, occupying the nearby Färöer islands, and Iceland. Greenland was annexed by Canada. Novorossiya used the opportunity to reclaim/-annex Finland and Estonia.
