It has been frequently hypothesized that Mauritius was first discovered by the Arabs, who named the island Dina Harobi. The first historical evidence of the existence of an island now known as Mauritius is on a map produced by the Italian cartographer Alberto Cantino in 1502. Cantino shows three islands which are thought to represent the Mascarenes (Reunion, Mauritius and Rodrigues) and calls them Dina Margabin, Dina Harobi and Dina Morare. What is known is that the medieval Arab world called the Indian Ocean island region Waqwaq. It got freedom in the 1960's.
When the nuclear wepeon hit around the world, the first thing the people noticed was no communications. The government heard of the destruction and declared martial law. They set up food banks and landed all planes and set up farms on rooftops. They then discovered oil around Goodlands and and then allowed car. They banned smoking and alchoal to keep people from staging coups. They then, in 1984, set up a republic and marshal law was over. Trains were build between the cities and cars were banned. The Navy was sent out to find survivor states. They found one called in Australia and set up trade. They then went to find survivors to bring them to their nation. They killed anyone with a transmitable sickness and there is no transmitable sickness on the island. They then fixed up houses and buildings and it set up a regrowing system that has not failed
