 Rede Estadão (English: Big-State Network), or simply Estadão, is a Paulist television network, launched by media mogul Assis Chateaubriand (with the partnership from the Grupo Estado and the RCA) on 21 December 1945. It is owned by media conglomerate Grupo Estado, being by far the largest of its holdings.

Estadão is the largest commercial TV network in Latin America and the second-largest commercial TV network in annual revenue worldwide just behind the American ABC Television Network and the largest producer of telenovelas.
