The Tongmeng Hui, based in the Qing dynasty's realm, is a secret democratic mmovement that aims the unification of China and the replacement of monarchy with a Republic. As a banned organization (in both Chinas), Tongmeng Hui activists are scattered around the globe. As Japan, their former base of actions, denies to host them anymore, fearing worsening relations with Da Qing, the movement has now sought refuge in the US and Europe (especially France and Great Britain).
