Prime Minister (Confederate Provinces of Canada)

The Prime Minister of the Confederate Provinces of Canada is one of the most powerful heads of State in the world. (S)he has the power to pick the judges in Canada's supreme court, and to pick Ministers for the government and ambassadors to foreign countries. Every bill passed by the Canadian National Legislature must first pass the Prime Minister who has the all out final say. (S)he also holds a permanent seat on the Union of Nations security council. The Prime Minister holds their seat for a seven year term, and can be re elected as many times as they are voted in. The Canadian political parties each nominate one member to run for Prime Minister, then after a three month campaign the people vote.
