This is a list of places mentioned in the Althistory "Vegetarian World" that differ in name from those in Our Timeline (OTL), and their OTL equivalents. The equivalents are just meant to be locations, and may have a completely different culture. (For example, "Bactria" is where Afghanistan is now, but its ethnic groups are mainly Indian and Greek, and it is mostly Buddhist.) (Note: ATL borders do not always correspond exactly to OTL borders. Also, the definitions represent current ATL (as of 2006) borders, as they may have fluctuated over time.)
