In 1963, Tunku Abdul Rahman, then leader of Malaysia, proposes a Federation of Nations including Malaysia, Singapore, Sarawak and Sabah. When the disagreements with Brunei is resolved in peace, this country is to be welcomed into the Federation.
Rahman does proposes the Bumiputra policy, but unlike OTL, it confirmes the equality of Malaysian citizens in any races (local peoples, the Chinese, the Tamil, etc). In 1968, Lee Kuan Yew becomes the new Prime Minister of Malaysia. With his modernization circumstances, Malaysia has become a leading Tiger in South East Asia and is soon to be the superpower in the later century.
