Oldsmobile Motor Company (also known as simply Oldsmobile) is an American multinational automaker headquartered in Dearborn, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. It was founded by Ransom E. Olds and incorporated on August 31, 1897. The company sells automobiles and commercial vehicles under the Oldsmobile brand and most luxury cars under the brand.
