Helped with the Smallpox eradication scheme but have kept "...several strands of the virus are stored away for further studies". They are participating in bilateral cross-climate special forces training operations. We are aiding them against Korea and the Dragon's awakening.

North Atlantic Treaty of Oceanic Countries (NATOC)[]
Founded on the 21st of June 1964, with the original members being the North Republic, Quebec and the People's Republic of Iceland. On the 21st of June 1969 Denmark joined the organisation, followed, in 1972, by Noway and Sweden. The organisation exists to promote peace in the North Atlantic, regulate the fishing industries and act as a military support group. Members meet twice at least twice a year (on the summer and winter solstice) though emergency meetings may be called by any member. The organisation also aims to be independent of Japan, the USSR and the USA, but to take into consideration their respective idea's. to this end it can be noted the organisation had, until 1969, one member for each superpower. The current chairman is Cahal ó hAodha of the PRI. Chairmanship rotates among nations every 3.5 years, with the UN security council.
