Over 70 people were killed, and over 150 wounded. However, the Emperor was not killed, but the President was. Martial law has been declared, and troops and tanks have taken to the streets. He took out the weapon, and killed 49, and wounded 89 before local security were able to overpower him. However, before he could be arrested, he detonated an unknown explosive in his clothing, which killed 3 security guards and wounded 2. He is suspected to be part of the Persian terrorist group known only as The Hammer, which has struck Ming China and the Mughal Empire several times.
